Developing a Personal Wellness Plan
A standard group practice is an entry point to the practice of yoga, however to truly experience the benefits of yoga, the practice must be personalized for the student’s needs and goals. A unique feature of Sri Krishnamacharya's teaching was the method designing a yoga practice optimized for an individual.
During the training you will meet with the Director of Training for 3 one to one sessions to develop your own personalised practice.
Assessment methods used include:
• Direct observation
• Self Assessment
• Feedback from peers
• Written assignments
• Verbal questioning
• Journal Diary
• Practical Demonstrations
Participants are assessed not only by the program director, but also by their peers and by self evaluation.
